David Jamieson
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
CO-FOUNDER
David has been working within the pharmaceutical industry in both Australia & New Zealand for more than 20 years.
Prior to joining XO Brands, David was Head of Business Development China & Domestic E-Commerce for Pharmacare Laboratories Pty Ltd working with some of Australia’s leading brands like Natures Way, Bioglan, Kids Smart, Fat Blaster and Sambucol, to name a few.
David was one of the first people within the Pharmacare business to be assigned to setting up the China channel that has seen incredible growth over the past 8 years. David managed the trading and CBEC team, and worked closely with all of the leading Australian and New Zealand partners in this channel.
David is passionate about the China business opportunities for Australian and New Zealand brands moving forward, and with his extensive knowledge and experience he can assist any company interested in exploring and capturing growth to one of the world’s largest and fastest growing economies.
Rowland Lee
MANAGING DIRECTOR
CO-FOUNDER
Rowland graduated from USYD with an MIT degree, he is highly skilled and experienced in computer/web technologies, graphic design and digital videography. In 2014, Rowland resigned from his senior position with the Commonwealth Bank to set up his own China consultancy business focusing on brand building and managing many Australian and New Zealand leading brands through CBEC’s rapidly growing categories – mother & baby, supplements, food, cosmetics and skincare.
Rowland has gained extensive experience working with well-established ANZ brands (Swisse, Nature’s Way, LifeSpace, Sukin, A’kin, Bubs, etc.). Rowland also has a strong network connection to China’s tier-one e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Kaola, Little Red Book, VIP, etc.). His knowledge of the cross-border markets and e-commerce strategies is vast and his expertise in branding and marketing provides a solid foundation for any brand wanting to engage in the China markets and work alongside XO Brands.
Craig Schweighoffer
CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR
Craig is an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of growing business in the consumer goods industry. Skilled in entrepreneurship, business development, financial management, negotiation and leadership; Craig progressed into the business industry early, working as the Australian Managing Director and a Shareholder for 42 BELOW a premium vodka brand and was an integral part of it’s success.
Craig founded ECOYA in 2006, ECOYA provides home fragrance, skin and body care products to Australia and key international markets. During his time with ECOYA, Craig listed the business on the NZ stock exchange, and acquired Trilogy Products in 2011.
In 2014, Craig went on to found BIOPHYSICS in the brand owner of Skin Physics and Rapid Loss. During his time at BIOPHYSICS the business grew more than 10x.
Christoper T. Szlachetko
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Christopher has spent the majority of his career in FMCG & CPG. From working on brands such as Weet-Bix, Up&Go and So Good to highly sought after CBEC brands such as Melrose Essential Greens, Nu-lax and Lucas PawPaw. A career path built on a track record of success & being able to identify sustainable growth paths, whether it is through organic growth or through brand acquisition.
Christopher has extensive experience in marketing, product development & senior executive roles ranging from general management & CEO roles.
The FMCG industry has seen a dramatic shift over the past 8 years with the impact of CBEC. Christopher’s experience in senior management provides XO Brands with a deep understanding of what is needed to succeed long term in these new & emerging markets.
