XO Brands carried out a comprehensive brand audit to make sure our new brand was “China Ready”. XO Brands quickly identified several intellectual property issues that needed to be addressed before we could commit to and commence with our brand push into the China market. The audit carried out by XO Brands was in short “priceless”, and helped us to launch our skin care brand smoothly into the CBEC channel. XO Brands completed market research across the tier one platforms, and were able to offer some helpful insights into current and emerging trends in our category. They recommended a realistic pricing strategy for day to day platform RRP, and also special events and promotions in China such as 11/11, 12/12 and Mother’s Day etc.

Rowland Lee and his team have been responsible for building our online store with Tmall, and are responsible for the ongoing management of the store for our brand and company. XO Brands have opened all our China social media accounts and continue to manage WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book and Baidu whilst helping BOOST LAB with our China domestic business, including the brand launch and events in Australia.
